Overview
This 80mm f/8.89 refractor takes a different approach than traditional eyepiece telescopes, replacing the eyepiece entirely with a built-in CMOS sensor and a 2.8-inch touchscreen display. That makes it a genuinely self-contained unit for capturing photos and video, which will appeal to beginners who want to skip the phone-adapter hassle. The 300mm focal length keeps the optical design compact and lightweight at 1.86kg, making it easy to carry to a dark site or on a hiking trip.
For astronomy, the sensor's low-light sensitivity means you can reasonably expect decent views of the Moon and bright planets, and the manufacturer notes some capability in starlight conditions. Honest caveat: the claimed 350x magnification is a digital figure, and high digital zoom will reduce image quality significantly. Useful planetary magnification with an 80mm aperture realistically tops out well below that number.
The 5000mAh internal battery, 32GB memory card, and included tripod mean you can be up and running without purchasing extras. With only 10 Amazon reviews to draw from, long-term reliability data is limited, but the 4.5 rating is encouraging for early adopters.

This thing is incredible crystal clear video, or just individual frames. A spotter scope with an on board video screen great distance observations
Not as good as I was hoping for. Probably a "You get what you pay for" kind of thing. Everything works, but it is difficult to get clear pictures for any distance. I was looking forward to taking pictures in the field and zoom and view on the laptop. Not working as planned.
So much fun for watching wildlife and the sky!
